The Green and Healthy Auditors have developed a proprietary indoor air quality and room health certification.

Our international standards certification process is time-and-cost efficient, thorough comprehensive assessment of key pollutant indicators and more importantly, may be customised on-site to follow local regulations in any part of the world.

A standard certification involves a thorough assessment of the chemical and microbiological impurities in the air, in air handling units and mapping room airflows and, swabbing environmental surfaces. If required, it could be extended to confirming sterility of medical instruments, mapping instrument workflows and tracking air-handling surfaces, cleaning/janitor staff with particular emphasis on challenging, often overlooked sites.

The audit procedure is flexible and customised to meet client-specific tasks, from a JCI full health facilities audit to investigating elevated rates of surgical site infections. We can help with investigating virtually any incidence of contracting pathogens in the build environment, from TB in a hospital to Legionella in a hotel room.
